I've been able to stabilize my mood through creating simple art. I'm enjoying it. The rich color raises my mood. Bipolar never gets easy, and it's important to use every avenue to stay stable. Pharmaceuticals are not enough.

I've been creating more journal pages. The rainbow colors make my heart sing. They're simple enough, and I really enjoy making them. I downloaded a bunch of textures to use to make more, and I still have a lot to go. It's distracting me from writing - and from the laundry.
