Tonight my first Instax Mini 99 is coming! I’m so excited! I also found an expired package of film to use in my Instax Mini 12 that I’m excited to shoot today. You never know how expired film will turn out. It’s black and white film. So I don’t know if I’ll get as many cool effects, but I’m eager to try.
The new camera has a vignette mode, color modes, exposure compensation, and even does double exposures and authentic (not digital) light leaks! I am so thrilled.
Yesterday was Easter. We celebrated quietly. I took A out for an Easter lunch before the restaurants got busy. We miss C. He comes back this weekend though!
My father confirmed in the Catholic Church on Saturday night at the Easter Vigil Mass. I confirm on Wednesday. So just two more days until I make my first confession and join the church and take first Communion. Of course, I have taken communion many times at protestant churches I have been to, but now it’s the real body and blood of Christ. I am so thankful.
