Long Week

Tomorrow I’m going to Mass. Afterward, I meet with the priest to discuss RCIA. I’m definitely excited.

Today we went gift shopping for A’s birthday, and then C grilled burgers. It’s a sunny, happy Saturday.

This week has been busy. I went to a mom group meeting with my neighbor. There were some really nice people there and now I’ve promised to host a Bible journaling group meet up at my house at some point. Maybe that’s the push I need to branch out and build friendships. Friendships are so important, but when I don’t feel well, it’s hard to create new ones.

Friday I had lunch with C. I drove 50 minutes to his office, and we got Subway. We took it back to his pretty office with all the windows and had a romantic, fast food lunch just the two of us.

Charlie Kirk was murdered. It’s a horrific tragedy carried out by pure evil. That might be a separate post. I have a lot to say about it, and I’m not sure of what all I want to put out there. But to all the evil, sick freaks celebrating his death, I hope you lose every earthly thing that you have. Maybe then you’ll find Jesus and expel the demons from your soul. It is a pleasure to watch you people lose your jobs.
