To expand my mind and to help keep the brain damage from shock therapy and years of heavy medication from decaying my brain, I’m constantly reading. This is my “stay at home university.” I am convinced that the education you can spend a hundred thousand getting from a university can be got from the library for twenty dollars in late fees. I don’t remember who said that quote originally or something like it, but I find it to be true.
I love anthropology! Some of it is made up crap but a lot of it is really interesting and has at least some truth to it. I found this textbook to be a pleasure to read.
