Today is a gorgeous day. Warm air and sunny skies are lifting my spirit. I had a medical test this morning, and afterward I stayed up instead of curling up in bed. I’ve been cleaning the house, studying Arabic, and listening to linguistics lectures.
I am hoping this means I am on an upswing and getting better, but even if it’s just a fluke I’m grateful. I just got out of a nice hot shower, and I am sitting in the backyard enjoying this day. I am going to be using a peddler to get some exercise without having to walk on my bad ankle, and I’m hoping that will raise my mood even more.
