A Little Organization/Update

My husband left for a conference in Europe yesterday morning. My father in law is kindly staying with my daughter and I. We went out to the art store, and I bought this rolling cart. My FIL assembled it for me. Tools and building things just aren’t in my feminine repertoire.

The purpose is to give me a place downstairs to store art supplies that I often use in the living room. I don’t like leaving them out, but I also don’t want to put them upstairs just to have to go get them again. I needed attractive storage that can be rolled out of sight if necessary. This fit the bill perfectly.

I’ve been buying bows to use as headcovers. Feminine, my husband likes them, they don’t stand out, and they still remind me to submit. Bows are so pretty. They make me feel so girlish.

I am working on my photography project using tulle over my camera to change the look of photographs. So far I love it. I am not yet tired of it. I just enjoy taking pictures. It’s like life through a veil.

I didn’t use tulle for this one. I just love how beautiful the light is.

We are so excited for Halloween. We’re handing out full size candy! I can’t wait to see the kids’ faces. It’s a shame my husband will miss Trick or Treat this year, but at least he really loves the conference he’s at.
