What alternative career paths have you considered or are interested in?
I have zero interest in entering the workforce at any time now or in the future. I want to mop my floors. Washing my husband’s clothes feels good. Give me some dish soap and a full sink and I’m happy.
I want to bake bread all morning. I want to be pregnant, in the kitchen, and barefoot. I want to go shopping with friends.
Crafting calls my name in the afternoon. Reading lights my fire. These are things I have time to do because I’m home.
There are so many reasons to adore being a housewife. My husband provides for me and handles so much stress. I’m thankful. I like to spend my days pleasing him. He deserves it. Whether it’s cooking his dinner or having his children, pleasing him sexually (I am never too tired for sex) or attending a work function with him, I am happiest under the authority of my husband. He is my boss and I answer to him. Careers don’t interest me. Screw feminism.
