Intermittent Fasting

I spoke with my health and wellness coach today, and have decided to do intermittent fasting. I think having hard and fast rules about hours I can’t eat will help me lose weight.

On days my husband isn’t around I will only eat from 9 to 2. On days he is around and I want to eat dinner with him, I’ll eat from 12 to 7. Having the flexibility to change my fasting hours will allow me to eat with my family and still lose weight.

I’m excited. I hope this works. It likely will if I can stick to it. The first few days of hunger are always the hardest. If I can get past those, it will be smooth sailing.

I’m going to go have a quick bite to eat, because by the time I get back from picking my daughter up from school my eating hours will be over!
