So I had an idea (probably not original) of doing still life photographing of objects that are part of my daily life. My husband has taken my daughter to a birthday party (side note. Can we agree that requiring a parent to stay at a 3rd grade party is just lame) and I’m washing her school clothes. I spent some time upstairs painting and taking pictures. I don’t like taking pictures of people other than my family, but something about the arrangement, texture, shape, and color of objects can express so much.
What do you think of these photographs? To me it’s like moody snapshots of my daily life.
