I was sick all last week with Covid. I am feeling a lot better, but I still have a cough and feel achey and tired. Craig has it too now unfortunately. We slept apart all week so he wouldn’t get sick, but to no avail. Now he might have to work from home this week, which is hard for him to do. I feel for him.
Let me be honest though. As miserable as I have been this week, I don’t think there was any justification for shutting down the economy and putting people out of work for this. Yes, it feels awful, but so does the flu. We don’t shut down for that.
Not a lot of homemaking has been happening between me being sick and Angelica being away at camp, but I’m slowly getting back into it. Angelica is home from camp now, and we are super happy. I missed her so much. I can’t believe that one day she’ll move out and have her own babies and won’t live with us anymore. I’m going to cry when that happens.
